Effective October 22, 2026. This policy covers Wythe Data Solutions LLC ("we") and the websites we operate: Lakeland Roof Quotes, Polk Septic & Well, Polk Outdoor Living, Lakeland Tree Pro.
We use homeowner information to match each request with one independent local business and send the request to that business so it can contact you. We use it to confirm requests, follow up on service quality, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Our text messages go only to contractors enrolled in our referral program who opted in on our partner signup page. We use their mobile number to send job alerts and account messages, and for nothing else. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Calls to numbers on our websites may be recorded for quality and dispute purposes. A notice plays at the start of each call, and by continuing you consent to recording (Fla. Stat. 934.03).
We keep request records for up to 4 years, then delete them. We use reputable service providers with access controls.
Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. Email us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop all contact. Our services are not directed to children under 13.
